In this headquarters for the apparel company Jin, the architects aimed to express a range of moods using concrete – a reflection of the way the client produces a diversity of products using cloth. The building sits on a complex property that crosses three different zoning categories. This meant that the height limitations for various parts of the building were also very complex. The end result of adapting to these regulations was a terrace that connects with the interior portions of the building, linking inside and outside in an expansive space.
